Marc Meny, Director of Performance
Being an athlete his entire life, a career in performance was a natural transition. At first, he thought working with professional athletes was the optimal route but later realized working with the average person is much more rewarding. Marc has been featured in national magazines such as Bustle & Optum. His experience up to this point allowed him to view health as holistic and the importance of movement quality, not just movement quantity. Ultimately this led to a natural fit to join the Vasta team.
Outside of work experience, Marc still plays competitive soccer here in West Palm Beach as well as the occasional pick-up basketball. He is an avid reader and pushes himself to read one book per month with his interest in psychology & philosophy with a recent sci-fi obsession. Practicing what he preaches, Marc has furthered his education by receiving certifications in movement, nutrition, breathwork, psychology, and yoga.
