Sport-Specific Assessments
Sport-specific evaluations designed to assess the proper movement, function, and demands of the sport. We’ll look at basic life movement patterns, sport-specific movement patterns, the SPEED, POWER, AGILITY, REACTION and QUICKNESS along with ENDURANCE requirements for your sport. We’ll get your baseline, set realistic goals and measure progress.
Custom Programming
We progress our programs using our proprietary systematic approach. This enables us to prescribe each person appropriately challenging training continuously. You’ll enjoy a combination of functional STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, AGILITY, MOBILITY, BALANCE, SPEED, POWER and ENDURANCE training.
Complete Athlete Development
We believe that all our of clients whether they view themselves as athletes or not should move like athletes. Meaning you should move effortlessly, under control and be able to do this repeatedly under pressure. You’ll develop the AGILITY, BALANCE, STRENGTH, and ENDURANCE to participate in any sport or life activity with confidence.
Sport Specific Training
We believe that our clients deserve an individualized program that will directly ENHANCE athletic performance for their sport of choice. You’ll develop the Sport-specific SPEED, POWER, AGILITY, REACTION TIME, QUICKNESS, BALANCE, STRENGTH, and ENDURANCE to participate in your sport by reaching your ATHLETIC POTENTIAL.

Programs that enhance performance but lead to injury aren’t helpful. Our programs enhance your performance and make you bulletproof.
